Room Selection 2024 - Is Here!

UPDATE:  April 29, 2024 

Room Selection ended on Friday, April 25th with our last community selecting into space!

If you did not select space on your designated Room Selection day (April 16 - April 25), then you will be assigned to a remaining available space.  Please be on the look out for an email this week.

What's Next?  See below for additional details:

April 29-May 6:  Limited opportunity for students interested in a room change (visit the Housing Portal) for the following reasons:

  • I want a triple or mini double for financial reasons.
  • Gendered housing preference concern (EX: Selected into male identified housing, but more comfortable in female identified housing)
  • Requested room swaps within same apartment/suite (EX: Group leader assigned folks incorrectly within the apartment).
Visit the Housing Portal and open the "2024 Continuing Student Housing Application & Room Selection Process" section to access the form.

ALL other room change interests (want a single or double room, etc.) will be available in Fall 2024.

 

May 1-May 13:  Select your 2024-25 dining plan! 
  • Review dining plan options.
  • Students with an assignment at Pepper Canyon East/Matthews, Rita Atkinson Residences or Pepper Canyon West have the option to select the "No Dining Plan" option.
  • ALL 2024-25 housing contract offers need to select a dining plan.  If you do not select one by May 13, 2024, Housing will select one for you.
    • Last change to adjust your dining plan will open during MyRoomAssignent in August.

 Room Selection is for continuing students with a housing guarantee to participate in the  housing process for the 2024-25 academic year.  Students with a housing guarantee are notified via email beginning February 2 of their status to participate and the steps needed to secure on-campus housing for the next academic year.

Continuing students with no-guarantee for housing also receive an email about available options. We  normally can accommodate a small number of upper-division students each year as we receive contract cancellations, and we’d love to see if you are interested in coming back for 2024-25.  Students can express interest and will be updated at a later date and time if there are available spaces.
