Room Selection 2026

UPDATE: May 11, 2026

We are at the end of the Room Selection process!  A few key items to remember:

• May 12 - MyRoomAssignment available for those assigned to a space for the 2026-27 academic year.  Dining Plan changes also available via the Housing Portal.
• May 13 - Room Selection Room Change Interest List opens
  • You can get on the list for the following reasons only:
    • Financial concern - needing to go from a single/double room to a triple or mini-double
    • Gender room conflict
    • Mutually requested room swap - mistakenly assigned a roommate/apartment-mate to the wrong bedroom in an apartment or suite

Please note that there will be delayed assignments. This means that space may not be available to select. If that is the case, you will automatically become a delayed assignment and we will reach out via email regarding next steps. You do have a housing contract for the 2026-27 academic year and will be assigned to an available space by staff at a later date.

Room Selection is for current continuing students with a housing guarantee to participate in the housing process for the 2026-27 academic year.  Students with a housing guarantee are notified via email beginning the first week of February of their status to participate and the steps needed to secure on-campus housing for the next academic year.

Continuing students with no housing guarantee will also receive an email about available options to sign up for the Room Selection Interest List. We normally can accommodate some non-guaranteed students each year as we receive contract cancellations, and we’d love to see if you are interested in coming back for 2026-27. Students who express interest will be updated at a later date about the next steps.
