Check out our new Room Selection Sign-Up Demos below!  Whether you are choosing to participate as an individual or as a planned group, we encourage you to visit to be familiar with the upcoming self-selection process.

  • April 17 - Room Selection Lottery Date & Times sent via email (after 4:30pm)
  • April 22 - May 8 - Room Selection Sign-Up.  See your specific Room Selection Community date here.

UPDATE:  March 31, 2025

Students that signed up for the Room Selection Interest List will be getting an email after 4:30pm about the upcoming housing contract process. Please read it before trying to access anything.  The contracting process for those students begin on April 1 and the due date to sign the contract and make the $450 prepayment is April 7 at 11:59PM.  Check out more information here!

Thank you for your patience as we worked through recent campus and system issues. To ensure a smoother experience, we have made updates to the Housing Contract process. Please review the details below carefully.

 Updated Housing Contract Process :

  • Students will be assigned a specific Housing Contract Access Date and Time. Email is sent out to each individual student with their contract access date and time.  Email goes out on March 10, 2025 after 4:30pm.
  • You may log in at or any time on or after your assigned access date and time. 
  • You will not be able to access the process before your assigned time—please do not attempt to log in early. 
  • Your assigned contract access time does not affect your lottery date/time for room selection. 

 Key Dates & Deadlines:

  • March 12–17, 2025: Students are randomly assigned a Housing Contract Access Date and Time. 
  • March 23, 2025, by 11:59 PM (PST): Housing Contracts and prepayments must be completed. 
Students who miss the deadline will forfeit their housing guarantee but may apply to the Fall Waitlist, opening in July. 

Room Selection is for current continuing students with a housing guarantee to participate in the housing process for the 2025-26 academic year.  Students with a housing guarantee are notified via email beginning February 3rd of their status to participate and the steps needed to secure on-campus housing for the next academic year.

Continuing students with no housing guarantee will also receive an email about available options. We normally can accommodate some non-guaranteed students each year as we receive contract cancellations, and we’d love to see if you are interested in coming back for 2025-26.  Students can express interest and will be updated at a later date and time if there are available spaces.
