Room Selection 2024 - Is Here!

UPDATE:  April 11, 2024 ----- Information for Room Selection 2024 is available.  Please read through the site  to be ready to participate!

NEW!  Lottery date and time emails are going out via email first on April 11th (evening) and then they will be available in the Housing Portal beginning April 12th for reference.

NEW!  General demo's are available for students participating as an individual or a group!  Updated roommate group guide posted too.

Vacancy Viewer will be available on the dates below:

  • April 13-14- Vacancy viewer available online (login to the Housing Portal) for:
    • April 13 - Seventh College & Warren College
    • April 14 - Sixth College, Eighth College and Marshall College (TMC) 
  • April 20-21 -  Vacancy viewer available online (login to the Housing Portal) for:
    • April 20 - Pepper Canyon East, Rita, Pepper Canyon West and Muir College
    • April 21 - Revelle College and Eleanor Roosevelt College (ERC)

 

Room Selection is for continuing students with a housing guarantee to participate in the  housing process for the 2024-25 academic year.  Students with a housing guarantee are notified via email beginning February 2 of their status to participate and the steps needed to secure on-campus housing for the next academic year.

Continuing students with no-guarantee for housing also receive an email about available options. We  normally can accommodate a small number of upper-division students each year as we receive contract cancellations, and we’d love to see if you are interested in coming back for 2024-25.  Students can express interest and will be updated at a later date and time if there are available spaces.
