Summer Housing 2024

Housing • Dining • Hospitality will remain open and operational for summer session. Students selecting to live on-campus for summer will be assigned to available space consisting of double, triple and some single bedrooms.  Application for Summer Housing will launch on April 15th.

Extended Housing

Extended Housing Process & Cost:

• Eligibility:  Current summer housing resident who also has a 2024-25 academic year housing contract beginning September 21, 2024.
• Extended housing charges are in two parts for 9-month contract holders:
  
  • Part 1:  9/8 - 9/11  -- current summer space
  • Part 2:  9/12-9/17 -- academic year space*
  • *9/18-9/20 is not charged 
• Those who opt into extended housing are required to move to their permanent location on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Date is not negotiable.  
• Extended housing charges in two parts for 12-month contract holders at Pepper Canyon West:
  
  • Part 1:  9/8 - 9/17  -- current summer space
  • Part 2:  9/18 -- move to academic year space*
  • *9/18-9/20 is not charged 
• Those with a 12-month housing contract (Pepper Canyon West) who opt into extended housing are required to move to their permanent location on Wednesday, September 18 2024.  Date is not negotiable.
• Extended housing is an option, it is not required.  This is choice if you'd like to bridge your summer to fall housing.  There are additional costs.
• Extended housing option will open up in early August.  Students will be notified via email that its available in the Summer Housing Portal.
• Costs for Extended Housing are published in the Summer Housing Portal - please login to see it.
• Charges will be assessed to the student account in September/October.
